How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask every customer right after the job is done, with your direct review link so it's one tap. Asking every time, at the same point, is what keeps reviews coming. We set that up so it happens on its own.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No one can remove a real review just because it's negative. Google takes down reviews that break its policies, like spam or reviews from people who were never customers, and we can flag those. For real complaints, a calm reply and a fix do more than removal would.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. We ask every customer. Asking only happy ones (review gating) is against Google's policies. Unhappy customers also get a direct line to you, and they can still leave any review they want.
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. Fake reviews break Google's policies and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews, and they can get your profile suspended. Every review comes from a real customer.

Who replies to the reviews?
We draft every reply in your voice, and you approve it before it's posted. You can change any word.
Can it ask for reviews in Spanish?
Yes. Each customer is asked in their language, English or Spanish, and replies to Spanish reviews are written in Spanish.
How much does review management cost?

Review management for small businesses, explained
What is review management?
Review management is the work of getting more reviews from real customers, answering every review, and fixing the problems reviews point to. For a small business that mostly means Google: asking each customer for a review at the right moment, replying to every review in your voice, and following up when a customer had a bad experience.
Cloud Conquer AI does it for small businesses and local trades in English and Spanish: every customer asked, every review answered.
Why do Google reviews matter so much?
When someone searches for a plumber, a dentist or a restaurant nearby, Google shows a map of businesses with their star rating and review count before any website. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and that review count and rating count toward prominence (Google Business Profile Help, "Tips to improve your local ranking on Google").
Reviews also do the selling once someone finds you. A customer choosing between two businesses reads what other customers said about showing up on time, the price and how problems were handled. A steady stream of recent reviews, with replies from the owner, tells them the business is active and cares.
How we get you more reviews
The biggest reason a happy customer doesn't leave a review is that nobody asked at the right time. We fix the timing and make it easy:
- Ask right after the job is done, when the customer is happiest, by text and email, connected to the moment the job closes in your workflow.
- Send your direct Google review link, so it's one tap from the message to the stars.
- Ask in the customer's language, English or Spanish.
- One friendly reminder if they don't get to it, and then we stop.
- Ask every customer, not only the ones we expect to be happy.
Answering every review
Every review gets a reply drafted in your voice, ready for you to approve: a thank-you that mentions the job for a good review, and for a bad one, an apology, the facts and an offer to make it right offline. An unanswered complaint reads worse than the complaint itself, so we also answer the old reviews nobody replied to.
A customer with a problem also gets a direct line to you, so you can fix it. They can still leave any review they want.
What we never do
Some review tactics break the rules and can get reviews removed or a profile suspended. Google's policies prohibit asking only happy customers for reviews (called review gating), offering anything in exchange for a review and posting reviews that aren't from real customers. In the U.S., the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, in effect since October 2024, bans fake reviews, paying for reviews that have to be positive or negative, and suppressing negative ones. We don't do any of it: the reviews you get are real, from your real customers.
