Landing page design services

A page built for the ad, so the click turns into a call

Landing page design services exist because a homepage is the wrong place to send an ad: it talks about everything, and the person who clicked wanted one thing. As part of our website and ads work, we build pages that say exactly what the ad said and ask for one action.

A small business guide to landing pages that turn clicks into calls

  1. What makes a landing page work?

It says what the ad said, shows why to trust you, and asks for one thing. Everything else on the page either supports those three or comes off.

Put the offer in the headline in the same words as the ad. Below it, a line on who it's for and the area you serve. Then proof: reviews, photos of your own work, your license or credentials. The call button and a short form sit at the top and again at the bottom. Leave the full site menu off, so there's nowhere to wander.

    Google review management
  2. One landing page or one per ad?

One per offer. If you advertise drain cleaning and water heaters, those are two pages, because the people clicking want two different things.

Read more: One landing page or one per ad?

Ads for the same offer in different towns can share a page that names your service area. A page per town only makes sense when something about the town really changes the offer. Near-copies are extra work to keep up, with little to show for it.

    Google Ads
  3. Landing pages for Facebook and Instagram ads

Someone scrolling Facebook wasn't searching for you, so the page has to explain more and ask for less.

Match the picture in the ad with the top of the page, so they know they're in the right place. Keep the form to name, phone and one question. For some offers, Meta's lead forms inside the app are an option instead of a page, and we'll go over which fits yours.

    Facebook ads
  4. How do I know if a landing page is working?

Count the calls and forms it brings. A page can get plenty of visits and still not make the phone ring, and the calls are what you're paying for.

When we run your Google Ads, we set up the account in your business's name with call and form tracking, so every lead is counted from the first day. That shows which offers bring work and which only bring clicks.

  5. Should a landing page be in Spanish?

If the ad is in Spanish, the page has to be too. Sending a Spanish ad to an English page loses the visitor the ad worked to win.

Read more: Should a landing page be in Spanish?

We write both languages ourselves, not with a translate button, and the call button and form work in either one. If your phone is answered only in English, say so on the page, or make sure someone can answer in Spanish.

  6. Is a landing page the same as a website?

No. Your website tells the whole story of your business and gets found on Google over time. A landing page does one job for one ad.

Read more: Is a landing page the same as a website?

If you run search or social ads, you need both. If you don't have a site yet, or yours is out of date, start with the website: the landing pages live on it and borrow its look and its reviews.

Questions people ask

Don't see yours? Ask Victoria during the assessment, or call (805) 970-2936.

What are landing page design services?

A landing page is a single page built for one ad or one offer, like "water heater replacement" or "new patient exam". Landing page design services write it, design it, build it and connect it to your ads and your phone, so the person who clicks finds what the ad promised and an easy way to act.

Why not just send ads to my homepage?

Because the homepage has to talk to everyone, and the ad click came for one thing. Google also looks at landing page experience, how relevant and useful the page is to the person who clicked, as part of an ad's Quality Score (Google Ads help). A matching page helps the ad and the visitor.

Do I need a landing page for Local Services Ads?

No. Local Services Ads send people to your Local Services profile and your phone, not to a page on your site (Google Local Services help). Landing pages are for Google search ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and the links in your emails and texts.

Can you build landing pages for my existing website?

Yes. We build them to match your site, on your own domain, so the visitor never feels they left your business. If your current site needs more than new pages, we can rebuild it too.

Who writes the page?

We do, in English, Spanish or both, written by people. One conversation about the offer, who it's for and why customers choose you, and we write it. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

How long does a landing page take?

About two weeks from our first conversation to a page you can send ads to. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Who owns the landing page?

We own it for the first 12 months, then it's yours, the same as the websites we build. Your domain is in your name from day one.

How much do landing page design services cost?

It depends on how many offers need a page and whether we also run your ads. The free 2-minute assessment works out your price. If you run ads, you pay Google or Meta directly, and the ad accounts are in your name.

Do you work with businesses outside Santa Barbara?

Yes. Cloud Conquer AI is based in Santa Barbara. We meet in person in the Santa Barbara area, and work by phone or video with businesses anywhere else in the U.S.
