What is email outreach?
Email outreach means sending short, personal emails to people who could become customers, then following up until they reply or say no. We do it two ways: emails to your past customers to bring them back, and emails to local businesses that could send you work, like property managers or offices.
Is cold email legal?
In the U.S., the CAN-SPAM Act allows commercial email when the sender and subject line are honest, the email says it's an ad where the law requires, it includes a physical address and a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored within 10 business days (FTC, CAN-SPAM Act compliance guide). Every email we send for you follows those rules.
Will it hurt my email reputation?
We set up the authentication records inbox providers check (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), keep the sending pace steady and stop emailing anyone who unsubscribes, which is what Gmail and Yahoo ask of senders.
