What you get

  • Connect what you have

Your CRM, field software, accounting, and calendar wired together instead of maintained separately by hand.

  • End double entry

Data entered once appears everywhere it's needed, which removes both the labor and the transcription errors.

  • Bridges where APIs don't exist

Plenty of trade software has no real API. We bridge it rather than telling you to replace a system that works.

What are AI integration services?

Connecting the software your business already uses so data moves between the tools on its own, and adding AI to the steps that still take someone's time, like reading an email or a form and filling in the right fields.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Most likely. We connect the common small-business tools, from Google Calendar and QuickBooks to Jobber and Housecall Pro, and most others with an API. Tools that need the vendor's approval, or that have no API, we check during setup before anything is promised.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We build around the tools you already pay for and connect them where they don't talk to each other.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many tools you want connected and what each one allows. We map your work first, and the timeline comes with your price.

What happens if a connection breaks?

Every connection is monitored. If a sync fails, it raises an alert instead of quietly losing records, and we fix it.

AI integration, explained

What are AI integration services?

AI integration services connect the software a business already uses, so information entered in one place shows up everywhere it's needed, and add AI to the steps that still take someone's time. Cloud Conquer AI does this for small businesses: we connect your CRM, calendar, accounting and field-service software, so nobody types the same customer, job or invoice twice.

In plain words, integration means your tools pass data to each other on their own. A new booking in your calendar creates the customer in your CRM. A finished job starts the invoice in your accounting. The AI part takes the steps that need reading, like pulling the details out of an email or a form and putting them in the right fields. The work that needs judgment stays with your team.

Which tools can you connect?

The tools small businesses use most: Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Outlook and Excel; QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe and Square; HubSpot, Salesforce and Mailchimp; Jobber and Housecall Pro; Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Notion, Airtable and Dropbox; Shopify; WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram; Twilio and Zapier. Most other tools with an API can be connected too.

You keep the tools you have. We build around what you already pay for instead of asking you to switch. Some tools only allow connections the vendor approves, and some have no API at all, so we check each of yours during setup before anything is promised.

What retyping goes away?

Anywhere someone copies information from one screen into another. Some examples of what a connection can do:

  • Example: a customer books online, and someone copies their name and number into the CRM. The booking creates the customer instead.
  • Example: a job is marked done in your field software, and someone types the invoice into QuickBooks. The invoice starts from the job.
  • Example: a payment comes in through Stripe or Square, and someone marks the invoice paid by hand. The payment updates the invoice.
  • Example: a lead fills in your website form, and someone copies it into a spreadsheet. The lead lands in your CRM or your sheet on its own.
  • Example: every week someone pulls numbers from three tools into one report. The report puts itself together.

Each piece of information gets typed once. That gives back the time spent copying, and it removes the mistakes that come with typing the same thing twice, like a wrong phone number on a customer record or an invoice sent with an old price.

How long does an AI integration take?

It depends on how many tools are involved and what each one allows. Connecting two tools with open APIs is a much smaller job than linking five systems where one needs a workaround. We start by mapping where information enters your business and everywhere someone retypes it, and the timeline comes with your price.

Every connection is built and tested against your real data, not a test account that behaves differently, before it goes live. Then it's monitored, so a failed sync raises an alert instead of quietly losing records, and we fix it.

What if one of my tools has no API?

Plenty of trade software has no real API, or only a limited one. We test what's possible with yours during setup. Often there's another way in, like an export the tool already makes or an email it already sends, and we bridge it rather than ask you to replace a system that works.

If a tool can't be connected reliably, we tell you plainly during setup, and you decide what to do with that part. Either way, you know what will and won't be connected before the work goes live.

Is my data safe when my tools are connected?

We connect your tools through the access each one offers for connected apps, usually a sign-in you approve or a key that can be turned off. Each connection gets the data it needs for its job, not everything in the account. Most tools let you see and remove connected apps from their own settings, so you stay in control.
