Hi, is this Ken? This is Victoria with your business. You just asked for a call about your water heater on our website. Is now a good time?

Oh, that was fast. Yes, go ahead.
- Victoria:
Thanks. Is it gas or electric, and is it leaking or just not heating?

- Caller:
Gas. No hot water since this morning, but no leak.
- Victoria:
Got it. We can send someone tomorrow between 8 and 10 am, or Friday at 1 pm. Which works better?

What is AI outbound calling?
It's AI software that places phone calls for a business and holds a real conversation. Victoria, our AI receptionist, calls back new leads and missed callers, confirms appointments and follows up on quotes, then books the job and sends you a summary.
Is AI outbound calling legal?
It can be, with consent. Since February 2024 the FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, so the person needs to have agreed to the call, and a call that sells needs their prior written consent, usually a consent line on your form. Your counsel confirms the wording.
Can Victoria cold call a list for me?
No. She calls your own leads and customers who asked for a call or agreed to be contacted. Cold lists, robocalling and call-center campaigns aren't covered on any plan.
How fast does she call a new lead?
Within seconds of the form, lead ad or lead alert coming in, nights and weekends included.
More questions (4)Fewer questions
Does she tell people she's an AI?
Every call names your business at the start, and if the person asks whether she's an AI, she says yes. She doesn't pretend to be a person.
What if someone asks her to stop calling?
They aren't called again. Sales calls also offer an automated way to opt out.
Can she call in Spanish?
Yes. She talks in English or Spanish and switches within the call when the person does.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your calls and what you want her to do. The free 2-minute assessment works out your price from your own numbers.
The details
In short
AI outbound calling means AI software placing phone calls for your business, holding a real conversation and booking the result.
At Cloud Conquer AI that's Victoria, our AI receptionist: she calls back a new lead seconds after a web form, a lead ad or an Angi or Thumbtack alert asks for a call, calls back the callers you missed, confirms appointments and follows up on quotes, in English or Spanish.
It is not a cold-calling dialer.
Victoria calls people whose form, lead ad or booking asked for a call or agreed to be contacted, and sales calls go only to people who gave their written consent.
Robocalling, call-center campaigns and purchased lists aren't covered on any plan. Your price is set by your calls and worked out in the free 2-minute assessment.
Who Victoria calls
Every call she places goes to someone who asked for it or agreed to it:
- New leads whose request asked for a call: a contact or quote form on your website, a Facebook, Instagram or Google lead ad, Google Local Services, or an Angi or Thumbtack lead alert. She reads the lead and calls or texts the customer within seconds.
- Missed callers: someone who called you and hung up before anyone answered gets a call or a text back.
- Booked customers: confirmation and reminder calls, so fewer people forget.
- Open quotes: a customer who asked for an estimate and went quiet hears from you again.
- Past customers: a call when the yearly service or the tune-up is due. That's a marketing call, so it goes only to customers who gave their written consent.
Why speed matters on a new lead
The sooner a new lead hears from you, the more likely you are to reach them while they still need the job done.
In the Lead Response Management Study (MIT Sloan and InsideSales.com, 2007), leads contacted within 5 minutes were up to 21 times more likely to be qualified than leads contacted after 30 minutes.
Victoria calls while the lead is still looking at their phone, nights and weekends included.
She asks your questions, answers from what you loaded at setup, books the job or the estimate into your calendar, and texts the customer a confirmation.
You get a summary of every call she makes, each one recorded and logged in the CRM we set up for you.
AI outbound calls and the law: consent first
Since February 2024 the FCC has treated AI-generated voices as an "artificial" voice under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (FCC declaratory ruling, February 8, 2024).
In plain words, an AI-voice call needs the person's consent, and a call that sells something, such as a quote, an offer or a call to a past customer, needs their prior written consent, usually a consent line on your form.
Your counsel confirms the wording.
The rules also say an AI-voice call names the business making it at the start and gives the business's phone number, a sales call offers an automated way to opt out, and a request to stop calling is honored.
Sales calls are limited to between 8 am and 9 pm where the person is (47 CFR 64.1200, including (b)(2) on the phone number).
So Victoria calls people whose form, lead ad or booking asked for a call or agreed to be contacted.
Each call names your business at the start and gives your phone number, a person who asks her to stop isn't called again, and we set your calling hours with you on the setup call.
This is how the rules read, not legal advice: ask your own lawyer how they apply to your calls and your state.
What AI outbound calling isn't
Many tools sold under this name are dialers built to call long lists of strangers. That's a different product.
Victoria doesn't buy lists, blast calls or run call-center campaigns, and those uses aren't covered on any plan.
She's built for a local business following up with its own customers and its own leads, one real conversation at a time.
Setting up your calls
You set her up on one call with Nathaniel Ross, who founded Cloud Conquer AI and runs it from Santa Barbara: in person in the Santa Barbara area, by phone or video anywhere else in the U.S.
- We connect your lead sources: your website forms, lead ads, Google Local Services, and Angi or Thumbtack alerts.
- You choose which calls she makes, what she says and the questions she asks, and we set your calling hours.
- You call in and hear her yourself before she calls a customer.
- A new lead gets a call or a text within seconds; she books into Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Square, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Mindbody, Open Dental or Buildium.
- Every call names your business at the start, and if the person asks whether she's an AI, she says yes.
- You get a summary after every call, with the recording, and every call is logged in your CRM.
