Questions people ask
Don't see yours? Ask Victoria during the assessment, or call (805) 970-2936.
How much does Facebook ads management cost?
It's priced on its own: the free 2-minute assessment works out your price. Your ad budget is separate: you pay Meta directly for the ads.
Are Meta ads and Facebook ads the same thing?
For your purposes, yes. Meta is the company behind Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, and one Meta ads account runs your ads across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger.
How much should I spend on Facebook and Instagram ads?
Enough to test a few versions of an ad in your area and see which one brings customers. We set a starting budget with you, show you the results each month and only suggest spending more on what's working. You pay Meta directly for the ads.
Should I run Google Ads or Facebook ads?
Google Ads reach people searching for what you do right now. Facebook and Instagram ads reach people near you before they search. Emergency trades usually start with Google, while salons, restaurants and seasonal offers often do well on Facebook and Instagram. Many businesses run both, and we manage both.
More questions (4)Fewer questions
Do you make the photos and videos for the ads?
Yes. We build the ads from your own photos and clips, or shoot new ones on location in the Santa Barbara area.
Can you run ads in Spanish?
Yes. We write and design Spanish ads for your Spanish-speaking customers, and Victoria answers their messages and calls in Spanish.
Do I own my ad account?
Yes. Your ads run from your own Meta business account, so the account and its history stay with you.
Who does the work?
Nathaniel Ross, the founder, sets up and checks your campaigns himself from Santa Barbara, and you talk with him on the setup call. Bring your best photos and the offer you want to run.
The details
In short
Facebook ads management means running your ads on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger for you: choosing who sees them, making the photos and videos, writing the ads, setting the budget and following up every lead.
Cloud Conquer AI does it for small businesses and local trades, in English and Spanish, and reports each month what the money brought in.
It's run by our founder, Nathaniel Ross, from Santa Barbara, for businesses here and across the country.
Social ads only pay off if someone answers fast: Victoria replies to the lead forms and messages your ads bring, day or night, and books the job.
What we do, in order
- Pick one goal for each campaign: more calls, booked appointments, a slow month filled or past customers brought back.
- Choose who sees your ads: people in the towns you serve, past customers, people who visited your website, and people like them where Meta allows it.
- Make the ads from your real work: photos and short videos of your jobs, your team and your trucks, sized for each place they show on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up the lead form, call button or message button, and connect it so every lead reaches you, or Victoria, within seconds.
- Set the budget, run a few versions of each ad and turn off the ones that don't bring customers.
- Report every month: what you spent, the leads and calls it brought and the jobs they became.
The follow-up matters more than the ad
People who tap a Facebook or Instagram ad are usually scrolling, not searching. They fill out a form or send a message and move on, so the business that answers first usually gets the job.
Companies that answered an online inquiry within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to reach the decision maker as those that waited even an hour longer (Harvard Business Review, 2011).
Victoria answers lead forms by text or call within seconds, and replies to Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp messages in the same app, in English or Spanish, then books the job.
Ads for rentals, jobs and loans follow special rules
Meta requires ads about housing, employment and financial products and services to run in a Special Ad Category.
Those ads can't be narrowed by age, gender or ZIP code, and in the U.S. their locations have to cover at least a 15-mile radius (Meta for Developers, Special Ad Categories).
If you're a property manager advertising rentals, or any business advertising open jobs, we set those campaigns up in the right category, so they aren't rejected and your account stays in good standing.
Who it's for
Businesses that can reach customers before they search: salons, restaurants, dental offices, home-service trades with a seasonal offer, and property managers filling vacancies.
It works best with a clear offer and photos of real work.
